Profile: Field Sales and Service

The individual would be responsible for Customer Relationship Management. He/She should be a diploma/degree holder in mechanical/electrical/electronics engineering. The individual would have to attend preventive and corrective maintenance calls for continuous inkjet printers as well as wide format indoor printers. The individual has market the consumables / spares / accessories for the respective machines and maintain good rapport with the customer.
